The company is positioned to offer a tangible economic solution by using a visualisation platform that is based on a scientific agronomic approach. This is achieved by layering information comprised of data from analysis, through expertise in classifying soils and their relationships to leaching as well as physical and chemical monitoring. I believe the system and process is a ?game changer? for being able to measure, capture, record and give the ability for experts to provide advice to achieve optimal returns for farmers, cost effectively.
The platform (My Farm Web) is cloud based, accessible by user password to all interested and affected parties. The system is agnostic and accommodates a variety of third-party sensory inputs. The visualisation of the data allows farmers, environmentalists, policy makers, financial industries, agronomists or other interest parties to understand the data and take measures to understand, monitor, manage and correct the said area if need be.
The system is flexible as it can utilise a combination of existing and new technologies, like probes for sensing water purity, pH, moisture, flow meters, smart phone ?Apps? to assist in specific scouting programmes for physical monitoring and recording. AT also has access to satellite imagery technology to confirm vegetative density and chlorophyll indexes to mention a few. The imagery is typically layered in the platform to show the current situation and trends over time in relation to other inputs.
