A REVIEW OF THE ISSCT CO-PRODUCTS WORKSHOP HELD IN DECEMBER 2015

IN DECEMBER 2015 an ISSCT workshop on sugar cane co-products was held in Mauritius. The theme of the workshop was ‘Development of co-products from sugar mill streams and sugar cane biomass’. This paper reports on various aspects of the ISSCT workshop. The development of the co-products sugar industry in Mauritius was a highlight of the workshop.
