2025 ASSCT CONFERENCE
The 46th ASSCT Conference will be held at The Royal International Convention Centre (Royal ICC), located within brisbane showgrounds just 1.5km from the city's CBD at 600 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills, BRISBANE during the period of Tuesday 29th April to Friday 2 May 2025. All General, Manufacturing and Agricultural sessions will follow at the same site, concluding after the tours on Friday 2nd May 2025.
Further information regarding the 2025 conference will be disclosed as preparations continue.

On-site registration is available commencing 09:00am on Tuesday 29th or 08:00am Wednesday 30th April 2025 at the Royal ICC.
The registration fee provides entry to all Conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas and lunches. The fee also covers bus transport for the Conference tours.
Please ensure when purchasing your delegate registration tickets, you are aware of the inclusions per ticket type and make allowances to purchase any additional tickets to social/networking functions.
Conference registration is only available online.
For delegates and partners not registering for the Conference or Partner program, tickets are available for the two social functions at individual cost.

PHOTOGRAPHER
The ASSCT Committee wishes to advise that by attending the Conference/Exhibition you may be photographed by a member of the Committee or contracted photographer for publicity or promotional purposes. The ASSCT Committee retains all property in all images it produces.

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
From July 6 2022, you do not need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination to travel to and from Australia. Some countries and airlines may require a pre-departure test result at check-in before you can board.

ASSCT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once registered, delegates who are no longer able to attend the Conference may be replaced by another delegate from the same organisation by notifying This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at any time prior to the start of the Conference at no additional cost. For non-attendance, refunds will be granted upon written request, usually in the form of an invoice, to the Secretariat up to two weeks prior to the Conference; such requests must be received by the Secretariat not later than 14 days prior to the start date of the Conference and an administration fee of $40 will be deducted from the registration. All refunds will be paid after the Conference and may take four weeks to process. Without exception, there will be no refunds for requests received by the Secretariat inside the 14 days prior to the Conference.
Should the ASSCT Executive Committee postpone the conference, delegate payments will be credited towards the rescheduled date unless advised otherwise. Registered delegates may request a refund which may be reduced by an administration fee.
The ASSCT Executive Committee is not responsible for covering airfares, hotel or other travel costs or charges incurred by delegates.
